Have We Become captive to our own desires

Good morning Saints

As we look at Society appetite for the things of this world and do a spiritual evaluation of our own lives. Will we be able to see that we are more in tune to the world then with God.This evaluation of our desires sometime resemble the creature more than the Creator and gives us a false sense of hope and security that only can come from God. The Bible does declare in 2nd Corinthians 10: 3 - 5 states For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ.Have a beautiful day in the Lord knowing that the desires that we should have is for a relationship with Christ
